Thank you for your interest in this custom gear for Team Dow. All items in this store are considered custom, and fall under our return policy for custom gear. The only returns allowed on custom gear are for manufacturer defects, or if we shipped you something different from what you ordered. Exchanges/refunds due to sizing issues will not be accepted. We recommend if you are not used to cycling apparel that you order one size larger than you normally wear. All items contain a link to our sizing guide. All orders will be collected and shipped in bulk to the Team Dow Michigan organizers for distribution to individual teammates. Each team member will be allowed to order one (1) short sleeve jersey with the cost covered by the team. Team members will be responsible for any other gear ordered.
